A welcoming place to train, build confidence and connect. We’re building Broch Martial Arts around accessible martial arts and a stronger Fraserburgh community.

Broch Martial Arts is a non-profit community interest company martial arts gym, operated by Broch Combat Centre CIC. We’re bringing together MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing with one ambition: to build a competitive fight team that represents Fraserburgh with pride and puts our town on the combat sports map.
Alongside that competitive ambition sits a wider purpose: making martial arts accessible, affordable and welcoming. Whether you want to compete, improve your fitness or try something new, we want you to have a place to train, build confidence and feel part of a community.
We want to encourage more women and girls into martial arts and create opportunities for young people to develop skills, discipline and confidence with positive support around them.
Our plans include structured youth programmes, subsidised memberships for people facing financial barriers, and activities to support people in addiction recovery. These programmes are in development as we work towards the funding, partnerships and arrangements needed to deliver them.
Our goal is to develop strong fighters and a stronger community, with opportunities that reach beyond the gym.
We’re preparing for a temporary training venue at 43 Manse Street, Fraserburgh, AB43 9JB, while working towards a larger community facility.
Opening arrangements and class availability will be announced once confirmed. The larger facility is a future objective, with 2027 as our aspiration.
Be part of our journeyOur schedule for the temporary venue. Please contact us to confirm the opening date and class availability before your first visit.

Train with Adele Steinbach, former WKN World Kickboxing Champion and WKA British Boxing Champion.
Our Ladies Boxing class welcomes all experience levels, from complete beginners to those looking to develop their skills and explore competitive boxing.
Adele leads the class with the aim of providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace. Whether you’re here for a bit of fun, to improve your fitness and confidence, or to take your first steps into the sport competitively, you’re welcome.
You don’t need boxing experience to get started. Bring your interest and your own goals, and ask us about what to expect at your first session.
